Mission Statement:
The Spartans Wellness Club is committed to promoting health, happiness and a whole-hearted approach to living well among the students and staff at Salem Middle School. We understand that overall wellness means taking care of one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. As warriors for wellness, our mission is to learn how to maintain and improve all aspects of our health and share that information within our school community. We advocate a full and active lifestyle and encourage others to make healthy choices that will serve them now and in the future. Our membership includes staff (and in a few more months, students) from all grade levels and content areas who embody and advocate wellness with a Spartan heart and spirit.

Meet Daily @ 3:30 in the SMS Weight Room
Monday, April 20th - Cardio at the pond
Tuesday, April 21st - *Upper Body in room 2417
Wednesday, April 22nd - *Lower Body in room 2417
Thursday, April 23rd - *Yoga in room 2417
Friday, April 24th - Cardio at the pond
*Bring a floor mat or towel, water, and resistance bands (if you have them)
